iPad online usage almost as much as Blackberry, Android
by J.J. on Apr.16, 2010, under iPad News
According to data from NetApplications.com the Apple iPad has averaged 0.03% of all internet usage since it’s launch. While at first that seems insignificantly small, when compared to Blackberry’s internet usage (0.04%) and Android’s internet usage (0.04%) that is staggering. To think that in a week the iPad’s internet traffic is almost as much as devices that have been out for years longer. I wonder how long it will take the iPad to catch up with the iPhone/iPod Touch usage (0.6%)
To put this all in perspective, Windows XP accounts for 64.5% of the total traffic.
