Taking a screen shot on your iPad

To take a screen shot on your iPad simply hold down the screen lock button on the top and the home buttons beneath the screen at the same time for a moment. When you release you will hear a sound like a camera snapping a picture and VOILA! Your picture will be waiting for you in your Photos.
This little tip can come in handy more often than you’d think. If you’ve ever wanted to capture an image from your iPad so you can save it, email it, upload it to Mobile Me, assign it to a contact, use it as a wallpaper, or edit it with PhotoGene. Or put it in your blog:
